Yoga has been practiced for over 4000 as a way for people to feel more connection between their body, mind, and spirit. Recent research has shone the light on how mindfulness and meditation practices can enhance attention, increase a sense of calm and focus as well as improve overall physical health. Parent-teen yoga combines traditional yoga practices in the context of sharing this connection and experience with your teen. It is a wonderful way to connect in a non-verbal and non-competitive way. Classes are designed to help you work as a team to achieve various shapes and experiences. $75/hour session or $400 for 5 sessions.
